No entanto, tempos de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o mais curtos podem reduzir a qualidade global da imagem e a fiabilidade do diagn\u00f3stico. Por isso, desenvolvemos um algoritmo de desruidifica\u00e7\u00e3o baseado numa rede generativa adversarial, denominado HawkAI. Neste estudo, foi adquirida uma sequ\u00eancia de RM de padr\u00e3o de refer\u00eancia (SOC), seguida de uma sequ\u00eancia mais r\u00e1pida, \u00e0 qual foi aplicado o HawkAI.Em seguida, foi pedido aos radiologistas que avaliassem qualitativamente as duas imagens propostas com base em diferentes fatores, utilizando uma escala de Likert, em que 1 correspondia a uma forte prefer\u00eancia pelo HawkAI e 5 a uma forte prefer\u00eancia pela sequ\u00eancia SOC. O objetivo era demonstrar que, pelo menos, n\u00e3o existia prefer\u00eancia entre as duas sequ\u00eancias em termos de rela\u00e7\u00e3o sinal-ru\u00eddo (SNR) e diagn\u00f3stico. Os radiologistas demonstraram uma ligeira prefer\u00eancia pelo HawkAI em termos de SNR, com um intervalo de confian\u00e7a (IC) de [1,924\u20132,176]. N\u00e3o houve prefer\u00eancia em termos de presen\u00e7a de artefactos, pertin\u00eancia diagn\u00f3stica e conspicuidade das les\u00f5es, com IC respetivos de [2,933\u20133,113], [2,808\u20133,132] e [2,941\u20133,119]. Foi observada uma prefer\u00eancia muito ligeira pela sequ\u00eancia SOC em termos de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o espacial e contraste da imagem, com IC respetivos de [3,153\u20133,453] e [3,072\u20133,348]. Isto demonstra a possibilidade de adquirir imagens duas vezes mais rapidamente, sem inconvenientes relevantes em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com uma aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o mais longa.","button_text":"Descubra o
