This partnership will integrate HawkAI, HAWKCELL’s proprietary artificial intelligence solution, into TIME MEDICAL SYSTEM’s veterinary MRI systems. HawkAI enhances MRI performance by reducing scan time by up to 50% while significantly improving image sharpness — enabling faster, more efficient, and safer diagnostics for veterinarians and their patients.
On July 9–10, HAWKCELL’s leadership team — including Chairman & CEO Alexis Girin, Founder & CSO Hugo Dorez, and CTO Florian Müller-Fouarge — visited TIME MEDICAL SYSTEMS’s headquarters and production site in Hong Kong. During the visit, the two companies formally signed the strategic partnership agreement.

Initial deployments of HawkAI have already been completed at the Happy Valley Veterinary Clinic & Hospital and the NPV Veterinary Imaging Centre in Hong Kong, where veterinary teams have reported strong satisfaction and measurable improvements in diagnostic clarity and workflow efficiency.
With over 120 million pets in China and 185 million in the U.S. as of 2024, the global veterinary imaging market is projected to reach US$2 billion by 2027, including US$600 million for MRI alone. In China alone, there are over 30,000 veterinary clinics, yet less than 1% are equipped with MRI — signaling massive potential for growth.
